Ryder Helfrick (2023, Discovery Bay, Calif.) displayed a strong offensive skill set all event long and that was no different on day four. The Arkansas commit finished the day going 6-for-10 with a double and a home run. The right-handed slugger seems to produce loud contact every time up. Helfrick does not get cheated, showing plenty of intent within every swing. There is bat speed present, which combines with strong hands to produce hard hit balls to all fields. The power potential is legit and shows up in-game frequently. It was on full display with a deep home run to left field in the semifinal matchup. Helfrick is a dynamic offensive threat that can produce consistently from the middle of the order.
