Beau Revord (2024, Jefferson City, Tenn.), a 6-foot-2, 187-pound right-handed pitcher, was dominant in his start for the East Tennessee Yankees in their 6-0 win over Diamond Eagles. The uncommitted Revord ran the fastball up to 91 mph (2146 RPM), sitting 87-89 mph and recorded 14 strikeouts over six shutout innings. He featured a sharp curveball in the 69-73 mph range (2553 RPM) that he consistently landed in and out of the zone for strikes and swing-and-miss. The primary left-handed hitting outfielder was impressive on the bump, striking out the first nine batters before the first ball was put in play and had a perfect game with two outs in the fourth before a batter reached on an error. Revord showed his athleticism as a two-way player with a long triple into deep right field and scored a run to help his cause. He finished his six-shutout innings with no hits allowed and a pair of walks while maintaining his velocity throughout with two 90s and a 91 mph fastball in the fifth inning after 75 pitches and a 67% strike rate.
