Max Jeffries is a 2020 OF/RHP, 1B with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Cooper City, FL who attends Cooper City. Large and projectable frame with room to fill out. Ran a 7.69 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, worked out in the outfield coming through the baseball, uses a large crow hop to create some arm strength up to 79 mph, long release and gets on top of his throws, accurate arm. Secondary righthanded pitcher, uses a short stride down the mound, takes his arm back to a full arm action up to a high ¾ arm slot, fastball topped out at 73 mph. Also worked out at first base, good footwork around the bag using high intensity actions. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a slightly open stance, swings with intent creating bat speed through the hitting zone, long swing and fires his hips into the swing, line drive approach with some jump off of the barrel when on time. Outstanding student.
