Cameron Uszler is a 2022 SS/2B, OF with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Torrance, CA who attends West Torrance. Small frame showing strong thickness in the lower half and some twitch as a runner. 6.63 60-Yd. Used his athleticism in the infield getting to the ball quickly and under control. Able to have a quick release that made accurate throws from different slots. Infield skills for current success at middle infield positions. At the plate stands narrow with lower hands and utilizes simple, inline swing to spray liners from line-to-line. Turns well behind the baseball and is able to get on plane early and carry through the swing for a contact-oriented approach. Athleticism and defensive skills stood out.
