Zachary Kiffmeyer is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 6-2 215 lb. frame from Oshkosh, WI who attends Oshkosh North. A larger frame with broad shoulders and shows some strength in the build. Ran a 7.33 60-yard dash. A primary right-handed pitcher who worked from a full wind-up delivery on the first base side of the rubber. He had a quick leg lift with a slight inward turn just above the belt. The hands were stationary at the chest, breaking into a medium-depth arm path, staying on-line through release. He accelerated through an over-the-top slot with some quickness to it. Aggressive mentality showed on the mound with projectable traits overall. The fastball was 81 -84 mph with spin above 2,100 RPMs with feel to work the zone with it. He also showed a slider with a two-plane break and spin to 2,184 RPMs. Also had a changeup at 75 mph, killing spin well down to 1,759 RPMs. Sells the changeup well with good deception and some depth to it. Threw 3.0 innings, allowing just 1 hit, with 5 punchouts to his credit. A right-handed hitter with an upright stance and slightly open feet. He swung hard, utilizing the strength in the upper half to get on the barrel. Throughout his round of BP, he found some barrels while working gap-to-gap. Added a hit in-game. Produced an 82 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. Also worked out as an outfielder. He showed patient approach working to the ball. He had some extension out in front and had a controlled tempo working through release. Throws were at 79 mph from the outfield. Fields it off to the side and then worked with throws around the bag during his workout in the outfield. Great student. Named to 2023 PG Main Event TP List.
