Jax Doiron is a 2026 LHP/1B with a 6-2 160 lb. frame from Shreveport, LA who attends Evangel Christian Academy. Primary left-handed pitcher with a tall lean frame showing room to add strength to the build. Starts square to home plate in the windup with a side step from the middle of the rubber to a lower leg lift with an average arm circle through the back to a low three-quarters arm slot. Stays tall on the back side coming down the mound with a fastball that sits 70-75 mph with short arm side run. Establishes the zone with the fastball and then mixes in the curveball with 1-7 shape int eh mix 60's that will improve with more intent. Left-handed hitter, starts with an upright stance and closed base. The barrel works on a steeper path into the zone creating some negative angles at impact with developing bat speed the will improve as he added muscle to the frame moving forward.
