Jack Vasquez is a 2027 LHP/1B/OF with a 5-0 104 lb. frame from Martindale, TX who attends San Marcos. Small frame with a young and lean build. Ran a 7.78 second 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, simple and direct delivery, big leg lift and gets down mound well, lands slightly closed and works across, able to execute both of his pitches well and threw strikes well. Also worked out in the outfield, showed some lower half quickness getting to the spot, moves through it well and showed accuracy on his throws with projectable arm strength. Righthanded hitter, sets up spread and shows things to like; swings with good intent, has good hand speed and creates some whip through the zone, good rhythm as a whole and is fluid through impact. Projects well with good overall feel and far from mature physically.
