Hendrix Pray is a 2022 OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Rehoboth, MA who attends Dighton-Rehoboth. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and some present strength on build, additional room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.17 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, waits back on the ball but fields it out front, can create more momentum through release with additional lower half incorporated, works to a higher over-the-top slot on throws and shows both accuracy and carry to intended base. Right-handed hitter, begins with weight on backside and a high hand set and lower back elbow at the plate; utilizes a subtle shift moving into contact. Full swing path through the zone with a high finish through point of contact. Gets the barrel out front and to the ball, remains direct with hands, contact oriented approach with developing power. Very good student.
