Esterlyng Sanchez Ramirez is a 2021 C/ with a 5-11 200 lb. frame from Palisades Park, NJ who attends Passaic Co Tech. Large and strong frame, stocky build. Ran a 7.55 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, sets up with a side saddle and higher crouched position, receives the ball out in front, works through the baseball some present arm strength, keeps his lower half compact with throw downs. Right-handed hitter, sets up with a wide base and a high hand set in the box, hanging leg lift trigger used for timing, will get foot down late at times, has strength when on time, middle of the field approach with some jump when getting the head out in front.
