Isaac Erickson is a 2022 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-11 191 lb. frame from Shreveport, LA who attends Evangel Christian Academy. Recorded a 7.75 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with long limbs and plenty of room to fill out. Primary lefthanded pitcher with a good tempo and works quickly. Aggressive pitcher with a big side step and a short leg lift. Short arm circle with a loose, whippy arm stroke. Fastball topped out at 79 mph and shows some sink at the bottom of the zone. Comes out easy and the breaking ball showed 1/7 shape with good spin and bite. Arm strength plays from secondary position of first base. Lefthanded hitter with a spread open stance, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Turns the barrel over well and gets extended. Short stroke with a contact oriented approach. Great student.
