Gabe Greene is a 2025 C/RHP, 1B, 3B, OF with a 5-8 135 lb. frame from Baton Rouge, LA who attends University - Baton Rouge. He ran a 7.96 second sixty. A primary catcher with a medium lean build with foomr to fill on hte frame. Behind the plate he starts with a side saddle stance, does a nice job gaining ground into his throws with a decent transfer and long arm action with accurate throws and developing arm strength recording a 2.37 second pop time. On the mound he starts with a large side step and belt high leg lift, his fastball sat 60-62 mph consistently in the zone, could add more velocity with better use of his lower half. In the box his lefthanded swing starts with an open stance and high hands set, he works short to the ball while transfering his weight into contact with a high one handed finish. Very good student.
