Ransel Jerez is a 2022 SS with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from La Terrena, DR who attends Cenapec. Slender young athletic build with some young strength and lots of physical projection remaining. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread even stance with a pull back load, gets to his front side well, long and loose swing with some bat speed and hand quickness, gets the barrel out front, good game swings, mostly pull side contact. 7.45 runner in the sixty. Has quick feet in the middle infield on defense, stays active with his feet, long and loose arm action with projectable arm strength, lowered his slot well on the run. Good athlete who will keep improving with physical maturity.
