Ryan Ansel is a 2020 RHP/ with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Orinda, CA who attends Miramonte. Tall lanky build. Utilizes a small side step to belt high leg lift while landing slightly closed creating some crossfire actions in the delivery. Showed good arm speed when throwing fastball and off speed pitches. Displayed a fastball with late arm side run topping out at 79 miles per hour complemented by an curve-ball with an eleven-five shape with tight spin and good depth. Flashed the ability to throw both pitches in the zone consistently in any count. Good student.
