Sean Walsh is a 2020 SS/2B, 3B with a 6-0 172 lb. frame from Waukesha, WI who attends Catholic Memorial. Medium frame with square shoulders and room to add moving forward. Ran a 7.50 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary shortstop. Deliberate close to ball fielding out front with smooth glove actions. Long and loose exchanges into accurate throws across the diamond topping out at 78 miles per hour. Can change slots when throwing on the run. Righthanded hitter with a narrow stance and hanging leg lift trigger for timing. Contact oriented approach working line drives to all fields. Best contact comes when working to the middle of the field. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a side step delivery into short leg lift. Lands in line down the mound with a quick and compact arm action to three-quarter release. Works to soft contact with the fastball in lower quadrants topping out at 78 miles per hour. Also went to a sinking changeup as well as a developing 11-to-5 curveball.
