Jimmy Catalano is a 2022 OF/3B/MIF with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Frisco, TX who attends Frisco. Ran a 7.08 second sixty-yard dash. Primary outfielder with a young frame that has room to grow and add strength. Has a clean approach to the ball with present first step quickness and a good gather into the throwing motion. Makes accurate throws with some present carry to bases, and has developing arm strength up to 76 miles per hour. Secondary infielder with that rounds the ball well, and has a clean glove with a deeper funnel. Shows the ability to throw from multiple slots, making accurate throws across the diamond at 73 miles per hour. Right-handed hitter that leans back with a slightly open stance. Has a big leg lift and stride, taking the hands back into a load. Has a long path contact, using a middle of the field approach with some natural lift to the swing. Excellent student.
