Nate Watson is a 2022 OF/RHP/C with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Lanoka Harbor, NJ who attends Donovan Catholic. Slender young build with lots of growing still to do. 7.61 runner in the sixty. Right handed hitter, has a long gliding stride into contact, lays the barrel back to start his swing, upward swing path, long and loose swing with contact to all fields, bat speed will keep improving with additional strength and physical maturity. Showed better arm strength and arm action from the mound than the outfield, good lower half turn and drive to the plate, will occasionally fall off to the first base side on release. Fastball topped out at 77 mph with some sinking action, sweeping curveball with some depth. High energy player who showed hustle on the field. Good student.
