Ivan Andino is a 2028 3B/RHP/SS with a 5-7 148 lb. frame from Monroe, NC who attends Charlotte Christian. Medium frame with dense muscular strength, especially for his class with nice athletic actions. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.66 seconds. Primary position IF, showing clean actions and moving around well creating good angles. Refined glove action as he secures the ball and clean transfer to get to throws. Compact position appropriate arm action, creating good carry on throws up to 76 mph across the diamond. Slow roller was handle nicely, showing his dexterity. Reps in the OF, fielding square into deeper midline transfer. Could work through the ball a bit more but it is all functional and the arm played even better here up to 80 mph. RHH starting with an even stance and using small leg lift to trigger. Hands work and show some quickness to go with his short line drive stroke. Has a good feel for what he's doing with the stick and stayed on the barrel throughout the round. Nice projectable skill set across the board and is an exceptional student.
