Luke Moore is a 2022 C/1B, 3B, OF with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Kansas City, MO who attends Park Hill. Medium build with plenty of room to fill out as he continues to develop. Primary catcher, sets up in an open crouch with plenty of quickness up and out of it. Gains a ton of ground on his throws down to the second base bag. Moves well, shows good feel for his frame work. Posted a 1.94 second pop time in the catching workouts. At the plate, uses an upright and even stance that starts out on his front side. No stride, simple load, heavy linear weight shift in the box. Mixes in a low leg kick trigger. Good pop to his pull side when on time. Ability to drive the ball into both gaps, at his best when working through the middle of the field. Good student in the classroom as well. Was named to the event's top prospect list.
