Jimmy Byrne is a 2023 OF/2B with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Strongsville, OH who attends Strongsville. Medium lean build. In the outfield, he works methodically through the baseball with a glove that secures off to the side. Lacks sufficient carry coming from a long arm stroke and uphill release. At the plate, he sets up with medium base, slightly open with still hands. The hovering leg kick changes the eye level which effects the barrel accuracy. The path is choppy with most impact through the middle of the field. 7.12 60-yard. Great Student.
