Kody Galambos is a 2024 RHP/OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Sylvania, OH who attends Sylvania Southview. Medium build with plenty of room to get stronger. Works from the stretch with a medium length arm action, arm tends to be late coming through, fairly low effort mechanics and release. Fastball topped out at 75 mph, very consistent velocity, gets some run and sink when he's in the zone. Primary fastball thrower, mixed in an occasional slider that he can throw more often, slider has some two-plane tilt and depth. Also flashed a change up. 7.00 runner in the sixty. Plays outfield when not on the mound, has good fundamentals working through the ball and gets his glove down early, good footwork with a quick and clean release, makes soft accurate throws and repeats his actions well. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread straight stance with limited lower half shift into contact, loads back and stays back, upper body swing with a line drive swing plane, flashed some hand strength when he got the barrel out front.
