Clint Hennig is a 2025 3B/RHP/MIF with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Trophy Club, TX who attends Byron Nelson. Primary third baseman with a medium build showing room to grow and fill out moving forward. Ran a 7.23 second sixty. Showed young footwork on the infield relying on the first step direction to put him in a good fielding spot. Receives the ball out front working into the throws with deliberate actions releasing from a lower slot with average arm strength across the diamond. Worked from the stretch on the mound with a longer arm action through the back up to a three-quarters arm slot. Fastball generates some arm side life in the mid 70’s. Showed a 12-6 breaking ball off the fastball to give him two pitches in the zone and an ability to work ahead of hitters. Right-handed hitter starts slightly open using a small toe tap to get back to even as the weight transfers into contact off the back side. Creates some impact with the hand strength working to the opposite field at his best. Very good student.
