LJ Gianneschi is a 2026 2B/RHP/SS with a 5-8 120 lb. frame from Woodstock, GA who attends River Ridge. Features a smaller, wiry build. Ran a 7.86 60-yard dash. Primary infielder. Shows clean glove actions with the ability to work through hops in both directions. Can make the routine play consistently. Arm profiles best for second base and should continue to get stronger as the frame matures. Reached 68 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes an open stance with a slightly narrow base. Swings on a linear path. Will lose the barrel plane at times. Still refining overall body control and barrel accuracy. Right-handed pitcher. Throws from a high 3/4 slot with a shorter arm action. Stays direct and in-line down the mound. Can repeat low effort delivery consistently. Fastball sat 63-66 mph and was paired with a developing breaking ball. Can throw strikes regularly, looking to get contact early in counts. Very good student.
