Reed Franklin Riashi is a 2026 1B/RHP, IF, OF with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Naples, FL who attends Gulf Coast. Recorded a 8.14 second 60-yard dash time. Primary first baseman with a medium frame and young build. Pretty good hands on approach with solid gather and exchange on throws. Developing footwork with throws across the diamond at 67 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a quick delivery and loose arm from a 3/4 slot. Showed some arm strength with fastball up to 70 mph and a curveball in the high-50s. Lands open getting down the slope and repeats the delivery best when his delivery is at a slower pace. Added strength in frame should aid in repeating his delivery. Switch-hitter with a wide base and toe-tap trigger from the left side. Quicker hands through the zone with linear path and pull side contact. More upright and narrow from right side with high back elbow slot. Short leg-lift trigger with a downhill path through zone and contact through middle of the field. Some strength in the swing from both sides when timing is good and in sequence. Excellent student.
