Jake Sedmack is a 2027 OF/RHP with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Fort Myers, FL who attends Bishop Verot. Recorded a 7.16 second 60-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with a medium frame and strong athletic build. Works to the ball with fundamental footwork to gather. Compact arm stroke with carry on throws to the bases from the outfield. Corner actions and footwork on the dirt with big arm strength on throws across the diamond at 89 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher with an abbreviated windup from the third base side of the rubber. Arm side sink on the fastball with crossfire delivery down the slope. Hard slurve as a secondary with big breaking action. Controlled the zone with both pitches and fielded the position. Right-handed hitter with a wider base and high back elbow slot. Easy swing with low tension and bat speed through zone. Rhythm in the hands with pull side impact. Excellent student.
