Connor Corlett is a 2026 RHP/1B with a 6-6 210 lb. frame from Santa Cruz, CA who attends Soquel. Features a larger build with some physicality and strength. Ran a 7.48 60-yd dash. On the mound, showed an easy effort delivery. Side stepped into a mid-chest lift. Quality sit with his lower-half with some push off the rubber. Created good length down the mound and worked on-line at landing. Longer takeaway of the arm that works loose to a higher 3/4 slot. Added a bit of deception where glove arm pops in at the release window. FB worked into the mid 80s, T85 where it had some downhill plane and showed solid command of it. Mixed in a SL and CH. SL showed bigger slurvy shape with avg. spin. CH had strong depth and fade. At 1B, displayed quality actions. Light and active feet and clean glove work. Good inside pivot on DPs. Flashing athleticism through his defensive round. Longer arm stroke here as well where he got off strong and accurate DP feeds and throws across. At the plate, operates from an even base and used a simple move into launch. Clean and tight turn of the barrels working the barrel on a quality path with length through. Flashes of above avg. bat/hand speed and impact. Drove several deep to the pull side during his round. Stays grounded and leveraged through the swing.
