Frankie Pagano is a 2029 LHP/1B/OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Waukee, IA who attends Dowling Catholic. Medium young athletic build. Works from the stretch with a clean and quick arm and a high 3/4's arm slot, good balance and direction to the plate, repeats his mechanics well. Fastball sat in the low 80's with short running life, velocity played up well. Curveball was his best pitch, 2600+ rpm spin with sharpness and big depth, landed it very well and could pitch backwards with it if he wanted it. Also flashed a firm change up. Promising future on the mound with an out pitch breaking ball and projectable velocity. 7.63 runner in the sixty. Left handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance with a short stride into contact, simple swing approach, long and loose swing with some hand speed, mid field line drive approach, swung well in the games and barreled up multiple balls hard, has hitterish traits and two-way potential. Named to the PG High School All-State Select Championship Top Prospect List.
