Keagan Soliza is a 2027 C/RHP, 3B, MIF, OF with a 5-5 120 lb. frame from Puyallup, WA who attends Puyallup. Features a smaller/lean build that showed off present athleticism throughout the weekend. Ran a 7.18 60-yd dash. In the INF, showed adv. actions. Glove/feet work together getting through the ball in rhythm. Hands are soft with a quick exchange that pairs well with a short/quick arm that got off accurate throws across up to 77 mph. Behind the plate during his throwdowns he used a knee down set up. Exhibited quickness out the crouch with a compact exchange that helped him to release quick and get off an event low pop-time of 2.00. Also showed off present framing and blocking ability throughout gameplay. At the plate, he’s a switch hitter who shows similar setups from both sides sitting a calm/relaxed stance with loose hands. Uses a rhythmic leg lift trigger that lands with balance. Bat works on a clean path through the middle that produces gap-to-gap line drives. Consistent feel for the barrel with flashes of above avg. bat/hand speed for his level. On the mound, he showed upside as well. Uses an athletic operation where he sits well with his lower half while still moving down the mound with quickness and good direction. Worked at a fast pace and hitters never got in any rhythm. Arm is clean/continuous to release to a ¾ slot. He ran his fastball up to 79 where he had solid gloveside control of it. Natural feel for his breaking ball in the low 70s that induced some whiff/buckle. Also flashed a depthy low 70s changeup as well. Named to Top Prospects List.
