Jon Primmer is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Omaha, NE who attends Brownell-Talbot. Big and strong athletic build, especially strong for his age. Left handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a lift and replace foot load, was aggressive attacking pitches and created good bat speed and plenty of jump, hands can get busy pre-swing occasionally and impact his timing, has the tools and strength to continue to improve as a hitter. 7.45 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, step by step actions through the ball, can create more momentum into his throws, has a loose arm with more arm strength there with improve foot work, made accurate throws. Physically looks and profiles more as a third baseman/corner infielder. Took a turn on the mound and showed some two-way talent, works from the stretch with a quick and compact arm action, hides the ball from the hitter well, some effort into release. Worked in the low 80's with a heavy fastball that showed big run and dive at times. Hard slider had tight spin and sharp biting action, also is developing a change up. Good student. Named to the Kansas City Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
