Bryan Garcia is a 2022 RHP/1B with a 5-7 180 lb. frame from Hialeah, FL who attends Monsignor Edward Pace. He ran a 7.83 second sixty. A primary pitcher with a stocky build and strong lower half. He works fluid through his delivery with minimal effort and is able to control his body well, the arm works short through the back up to a high three-quarters slot, he gets some cutting action on his fastball in the 71-74 mph range and showed one changeup in the low 60's. At first base he gets the hands out early, waiting back on the ball, the arm strength is developing with a short arm action as he throws somewhat uphill. Right-handed hitter, starts balanced and open, does a nice job getting back on line with his stride as the hands take a simple path to the baseball, he showed the ability to consistently find the barrel to the pull side. Very good student.
