Event Information

The 2023 St. Louis Softball Showcase I is taking applications.

Each team will receive a confirmation letter via email if accepted into the tournament. Our tournament procedures and hotel policy will be sent with acceptance letters, all teams are required to stay in our approved hotels and go through our tournament hotel coordinator after the team has been accepted into the tournament. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the tournament and if a team does not abide by our tournament rules they will be removed from the tournament.

Refunds for teams that request to be removed prior to July 15 will be issued refunds after July 30 of the tournament fee less a $200 processing fee. After July 15 there will be no refunds given for teams who drop from the tournament. If the tournament is canceled due to weather, 50 percent refund of the tournament fee will be given. Tournament directors have the right to change the tournament format due to weather conditions. If two games have been played there will be no refund. If the tour- nament is canceled due COVID or any other causes, refunds will be issued of the tournament fee less a $200 processing fee.
