Application, Entry Fee & Hotel Policy
Entry fee of $1,550 must be received to be considered for entry (please see application form pg. 2). Each team will receive a confirmation letter via email if accepted into the tournament. Our tournament procedures and hotel policy will be sent with acceptance letters, all teams are required to stay in our approved hotels and go through our tournament hotel coordinator after the team has been accepted into the tournament. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the tournament and if a team does not abide by our tournament rules they will be removed from

PLEASE NOTE — Refund Policy
Refunds for teams that request to be removed prior to July 15 will be issued refunds after July 30 of the tournament fee less a $200 processing fee. After July 15 there will be no refunds given for teams who drop from the tournament. If the tournament is canceled due to weather, 50 percent refund of the tournament fee will be given. Tournament directors have
the right to change the tournament format due to weather conditions.
If two games have been played there will be no refund. If the tournament is canceled due COVID or any other causes, refunds will be issued of the tournament fee less a $200 processing fee.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT. TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 3 WEEKS PRIOR.

Tournament Pass: 30.00 USD (Per Person) - Entry to all games for this tournament
Daily Pass: 12.00 USD (Per Person) - Entry to all games for a specific day
Ages 7-13: Daily Pass $7. Ages 6 and under are free.

Effective June 1st 2025, Perfect Game will be implementing a coaches pass for entry into all Perfect Game facilities. All teams will be allotted 3 coaches passes per event. All Perfect Game gate attendants will have a check in sheet for coaches sign in. Each of the 3 coaches will be issued a wristband that will grant access across all PG facilities across the full event.

Format
The tournament will be a five game pool play format. Games will start at 8:00 am Friday with the last games at 3:30 pm on Sunday. Teams will play all three days.
Open to divisions; 14U (by invite only), 16U, 18U, level; Platinum and Premier (highest). If extra games are available, they can be purchased for $200 per team per game.
