She has quick and agile feet, allowing her to get good jumps on balls and make efficient plays. With continued focus on quickening her release and staying aggressive, she can become an even more reliable defender.
Offensively, Vaughn is a right-handed hitter whose pure power and athleticism were on full display. Starting in a slightly open stance with a quick step, Vaughn’s quick hands and use of her lower half made her a powerful hitter. She fired her back side well to help create a solid kinetic sequence to generate massive bat whip.
