TEAMS CAN STILL BRING PUMPKINS, WEAR COSTUMES AND SET UP TENTS AT THEIR DESIGNATED PARKS. PLEASE SEND A PICTURE BY TEXT TO 910-709-9484 BY 1PM SATURDAY OF YOUR PUMPKIN (IF YOU DECORATED ONE), YOUR TENT AND COSTUME TO BE ENTERED INTO THE COSTUME, PUMPKIN, AND TENT CONTESTS.

THIS TOURNAMENT WILL NOW BE A STANDARD ONE DAY $275 TOURNAMENT WITH GAMES STARTING SATURDAY MORNING AT 8AM. WE WILL PLAY 2 POOL GAMES AND SINGLE ELIMINATION AND ATTEMPT TO GET IT ALL IN BEFORE RAIN COMES SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

I CANNOT GUARTANTEE YOUR TEAM'S GAME TIMES UNTIL I HAVE A HEAD COUNT OF HOW MANY TEAMS ARE CANCELLING OR STAYING.

1) CANCELLING FOR THE WEEKEND. TEAMS WILL BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED TO FUTURE EVENTS PLEASE SPECIFY IN TEXT WHICH YOU PREFER. ONLINE FEES CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

TEAMS OPTING FOR THIS CAN HAVE THE CREDITS TRANSFERRED TO THIS WEEKEND. IF YOU NEED MORE TIME TO DECIDE IF YOUR TEAM CAN PLAY NOV 14-15 WEEKEND, THAT IS FINE.
