Included with your entry fees:
-All umpires (no pay-at-the plate) -90 minute games -PG Softball Scouts -DiamondKast technology used to score all games and create player profiles, track pitching velocities, player and team stats, top leaderboards, live play-by-play + more! -Perfect Game Softball will provide new softballs for each pool game. Once these have been exhausted, please provide 1-2 new or gently used balls to finish out play for the remainder of the event. If needed, additional softballs are available for purchase through the Site Director. -First-class facilities -Professional, courteous and attentive pg staff -- on call any time for the duration of the weekend. -Champions and finalists awards for each age group, as well as All-tournament teams and mvp’s where applicable.
REQUIRED BEFORE PLAY BEGINS: -Please be sure to upload your complete team roster for the event prior to your first game. All players on the roster are required to have their waivers completed before playing. Additionally, all teams are asked to carry birth certificates in the event of a protest. -Out of respect for our facility partners and local parks/schools, please remember to warm up in all appropriate warm up areas as designated by the park. Please be aware, some facilities may not allow metal spikes.
EVENT ATTENDEE HEALTH STATEMENT: All event attendees (employees, players, coaches, fans) must be able to say "yes" to the entirety of this statement before entering a PG Midwest event.
I have not tested positive for COVID-19, had a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, chills, body ache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, or been around anyone with these symptoms (with the exception of medical personnel and first responders), in the last 14 days. I am not currently under a state, county, city or other stay-at-home order. I understand that it is my responsibility to protect myself from contracting COVID-19 or other infectious diseases while at this event. By entering the event, I am indicating that I, (1) am in good health, (2) am responsible for protecting myself from COVID-19 or other infectious diseases, and (3) accept all responsibility and agree to hold harmless event operator, complex owners, and sanctioning bodies from any damages that occur as a result of my attendance at the event.
