Christopher Vazquez is a 2008 SS from The Heritage School in Tyrone, GA with a 5'10", 150 lb. frame. Christopher has a lean athletic build and showed off a solid arm in the field. (81) At the plate Christopher hits from a tall open stance and likes to drive the ball to right field. He has good hand strength but his swing can get a little long. Christopher has good potential at the plate and just needs to make a few adjustments in his approach. In the field Christopher showed good actions to the ball with an accurate arm. He has the type of arm strength that would allow him to play any infield position. As a 2008 prospect Christopher showed good promise at the showcase. He looks like a mid-level Division I player in another year.

Chris is 5'10"/145, (2008) IF from Tyrone, GA He is an exceptional infielder with smooth glove and very fast transfers. College coaches will love his glove. He can pick it and will turn a ton of dp's. Showed very good 81if velocity with back hand arm strength. A 7.65 sixty runner, he should continue to improve. A RH hitter with no load approach and a short bat path to the ball. Shows good balanced in swing with above ave hs power and hand strength. Named to Top Prospect Game.
