Stahl is a tall, lean physically developing right hander with square shoulders and a chance to get real strong in the future. He has a long, smooth arm stroke and a high ¾’s release point Stahl threw consistent strikes for us with a 80-83 mph fastball that had some running action to it. He didn’t throw any curveballs during his 2 inning turn on the mound but did show a good 74 mph change up. He's a very good athlete and an excellent outfielder as well. Stahl is a good student.

Stahl was one of the top players in the Sunshine West showcase. He is an athletic outfielder with excellent tools and a body that profiles well for the next level. His 6 foot 3 and 180 pound frame is well put together and he showed good actions in the field and at the plate. After showing 89 mph velocity in his arm from the outfield and running a 6.85, Stahl went into the games and struggled offensively, but his swing, actions and approach were excellent. He threw well from the mound with a powerful leg drive and firm front side getting good overall usage from his body. He is almost using a hop delivery and generates good power from his style. He only threw 84 mph on the hill but showed a nice 73 mph curve that we can see working better when his velocity is on. We noticed the arm and body were both tired after the long workout day and we expect that his usual velocity will match the 89 mph arm we saw when he was fresh in the morning workout. He is a very good talent without having his best stuff over the weekend. Good student.
