Michael Maxsenti is a 2010 RHP/OF with a 5'10'', 165 lb. frame from Laguna Beach, CA, who attends Laguna Beach HS. Maxsenti is a young player with present strength in his body. On the mound he throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a medium arm circle on the back side. He has a low effort delivery with a slight hip turn. He stays inline to the plate, and he throws down hill. He throws strikes with all of his pitches and he topped out at 72 mph. He gets arm side fade on his change-up at 66 mph, and he throws strike with his 10/4 curveball that he throws at 62 mph. He is a young pitcher with projectable velocity. Defensively he moves well in the outfield and he charges the ball well. His throws are accurate with solid carry at times. At the plate he is a right handed hitter who hits from a wider base. He has a compact swing and he stays balanced. He keeps his hands inside the ball with the ability to hit to all fields. He is good for his age, and he has good upside. Maxsenti is a good student as well.
