Vincent Colombo is a 2007 OF that attends Alexander HS and resides in Douglasville, GA with a 5'6", 150 lb. frame. Vincent has an athletic build and showed nice raw hitting tools at the showcase. At the plate Vincent shows very good bat speed with a line-drive swing plane. He has an aggressive approach with good balance in his swing and can drive the ball to any part of the field. While his swing can get a little long, the only Vincent is really missing is some more size to drive the ball. In the field Vincent best projects at second base. He has solid range, but can take a little time to get rid of the ball. Vincent is a player that could attract the attention of some smaller colleges.
