Chris Alfano is a 2007 MIF/P/3B from Southlake Carroll HS in Southlake, Texas, with an athletic 5'10"/175 pound frame. Chris is a right handed hitter that hits from a wide base with a line drive swing plane. Alfano generates good bat speed and is a solid contact hitter. He showed excellent hands and feet in the infield with good actions at shortstop. Chris has good range in the field with plus range to his glove side. As a right handed pitcher, he throws from a 3/4 arm slot. He has a fastball at 76 mph with sink and an 11-5 breaking curveball at 66 mph. Alfano is a very good student.
