Adam Daugherty is a 2007 MIF/OF/RHP with a 5'11'', 155 lb. frame from Horse Branch KY, who attends Ohio County. Daugherty has a medium sized frame with a thin lean build. Defensively, Daugherty has good range as his straight line sixty speed (7.08) transfers over to his game defensively. He has solid hands and can make the picks up the middle. He throws from a low arm slot with online throws. Daugherty's tool set may have him play 2B at the next level. At the plate, he starts with a wide base. He has a late load and take a long hard stride. Daugherty has a line drive swing path with an inside out stroke. He maintains balance through his swing and has present line drive pop. Daugherty pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot with a slow paced delivery. He pitches with average effort and maintains good balance through his delivery.

Adam Daugherty is a 2007 MIF/OF/RHP with a 5'11'', 155 lb. frame from Horse Branch KY, who attends Ohio County HS. He has a small frame and slender build. Daugherty is a quick twitch athlete with good overall speed and very good quickness. He ran the 60 in 6.91 and had good game speed. Daugherty worked out both in the infield and in the outfield and looked like his actions were better suited for second base. He has good gliding action to the ball and nice lateral range. His overall fielding fundamentals are raw but the physical ability is there. Offensively, Daugherty hits from a tall stance with a limited load and has quick wrists and some bat speed. He made solid contact, especially on pitches low in the strike zone and was quick enough to pull the ball with some authority. His speed and ability to handle the bat make him a good fit for a top of the order hitter.

Adam Daugherty is a 2007 SS/OF from Ohio Co. HS in Horse Branch, KY, with a 5'11'', 150 lb. frame. He has a young body that hasn't started filling out yet. Daugherty is a 7.31 runner in the 60 who gets out of the box well and gets down to first base quickly. Daugherty showed soft hands in the field but we suspect that he wasn't in good throwing shape after he threw 65 mph during infield drills. Daugherty also plays outfield. Offensively, Daugherty has a busy load and a short, quick swing with a downward swing plane. Daugherty looks like he has some hand strength because the ball came off his bat pretty well. He tends to hit the ball deep in the zone and stays inside the ball well on solid contact to the right side. He'll roll over balls that he pulls but still shows some bat speed. Daugherty should keep improving as a hitter as he gains strength.
