Jack Hazlett is a 2015 OF/RHP with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Lees Summit, MO who attends Lee's Summit West HS. Lean athletic frame, plenty of room to get stronger. Left handed hitter, big leg raise trigger, long stride and shift into ball, long smooth swing, nice loose extension out front, has some present bat speed with more to come, good game at bats and contact, shows gap power with potential for more. Has outfield arm strength, ball comes out of his hand easily, accurate throws, good overall actions. Also pitched, long arm action, 3/4's slot, repeats delivery well. Steady mid 70's fastball, short soft curveball, throws strikes and pitches to contact, has more arm strength than he showed on the mound. Good student.
