Nelson Muniz is a 2013 MIF with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Santo Domingo, DOM who attends Cenapec-Do. Smaller with strong compact build especially in the upper body. Switch hitter, short simple swing left handed, open stance, consistent contact, bit rotational in his swing mechanics. Longer swing right handed, early stride and wide base, line drive swing plane. Needs to use strength better in generating bat speed. 7.21 runner, good range and footwork defensively, charges the ball well, soft hands, arm strength still developing, second base tools for now.
