Sam Notareus is a 2013 RHP/3B/OF with a 5-9 180 lb. frame from Folsom, CA who attends Folsom HS. Shorter build, some present strength. Slow paced hands over head delivery, some drop and drive, low elbow release, bit cross body. Mid 70's fastball, topped out at 78 mph, mostly straight, tries to spot fastball and work corners. Varies curveball velocity between 58 and 66 mph, got in good rhythm with CB for strikes, tends to slow body on rare change up. Righthanded hitter, shows occasional strength, long swing, tends to get barrel started late but makes contact.
