Hill Garbo is a 2015 OF/LHP with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Madison, MS who attends Madison Central. Garbo has a medium sized frame with a lean build and room to fill. He moves to the ball well in the outfield with developing actions. He uses a long arm action on his throws and has developing arm strength. At the plate, Garbo starts with a square stance and has a pull approach. He generates bat speed and takes his hands to the ball well. He has a good swing path and gets extension. Garbo showed solid hitting tools with some projection. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a short arm action and some arm speed. He throws a 12/6 curve ball and gets sink on his change up. Excellent student.
