David Posas is a 2015 SS/RHP with a 6-0 174 lb. frame from Valdosta, GA who attends Valdosta HS. Solid athletic build, good present strength, looks bigger than list. Switch-hitter, outstanding bat speed from the left side, big swing with long extended finish, lifts and pulls, ball jumps hard, attacks the ball with confidence. Less bat speed right handed, tends to stay over back side. Third base actions and tools defensively, moves through the ball well, 7.21 runner, developing arm strength. Also pitched, mid 70's fastball to 76 mph, gets some spin and bite to his curveball, athletic off the mound, could extend better in his arm action for more velocity. Left handed bat speed really stands out.
