Nathanial Carter is a 2014 C/RHP/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Pearland, TX who attends Pearland HS. Nice frame for 2014, projects to get stronger. Right handed hitter, straight stance, late leg raise trigger, gets foot down, fluid swing with some developing bat speed, loose swing with good separation on inside half, tends to reach and get long on outside half, line drive swing plane, should continue to improve. Developing arm strength behind the plate, on line accurate throws, can get more directional on release, 2.04 best pop time. Good student.

Nathanial Carter is a 2014 C/RHP with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Pearland, TX who attends Pearland HS. Tall slender young build, plenty of strength potential. Open pre-loaded stance, busy hand load, aggressive long swing, looking to lift the ball, generates some bat speed, inconsistent swing mechanics and balance but the makings of some hitting tools. Solid arm strength, 2.05 best pop time, raw young receiving mechanics, will learn to play on his toes and stay compact, has the physical tools to develop. Also pitched, leg raise delivery, big lean back affects balance/direction, lands way open, overhand release. Fastball to 78 mph, mostly straight, soft short slider spin. Good student.
