Zachary Ashford is a 2012 SS/3B with a 6-3 165 lb. frame from Chino, CA who attends Chino. Tall and lanky with a projectable build. Ashford flashed solid bat speed at times and showed the ability to hit to the opposite field. As he gains coordination of his long levers his swing will continue to improve. Long strides give him range in the field and showed consistently accurate throws.
