Nice athletic build, live bodied actions, projects to get stronger. 6.56 runner, easy defensive actions, very good range, solid arm strength with on line accurate throws, can improve release quickness. Left handed hitter, deep loose load, quick hands, whips the barrel, low effort bat speed, squares it up to all fields, very good feel for the barrel, ball jumps, projects as a hitter with added strength. Very nice all around player with tools. Good student, verbal commitment to Louisiana State.

Jake Fraley is a 2013 OF/1B with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Middletown, DE who attends Red Lion Christian Academy. Loose projectable build, narrow hips, room to get stronger. Very good runner, 6.7 earlier this summer, good outfield range, aggressive routes, accurate arm. Left handed hitter, straight stance with low still hands to start, hits tall, upper cut swing plane with some lift, shows power on ball down in the zone, struggles on pitches up. Has bat speed and physical projection, will need adjustments to swing approach to use his tools. Good student.
