Austin Meadows is a 2013 OF/1B with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Grayson, GA who attends Grayson HS. Excellent athletic build, tall slender and strong. Outstanding runner, 6.31 in the 60, easy runner, will have plus outfield range, footwork/throwing mechanics still developing, has some raw arm strength. Left handed hitter, late tight load, short swing to the ball, quick hands, short path to the ball, some uppercut in swing plane, big pull power, not a classic power swing but ball jumps and disappears. Top of the line physical tools and really projects with skills. Verbal commitment to Clemson.
