Ryan Callahan is a 5'10" right handed hitting 2005 outfielder from Georgetown, MA. He hits from a tall no load, no stride approach with a short, wristy swing. Callahan made much better contact during games against live pitching when he wasn’t trying to overpower the ball and showed his ability to hit to all fields. Defensively he showed solid arm strength with average actions. Callahan also pitched a couple of innings, topping out at 77 mph on his fastball. He has good instincts and he has a feel for the game.
